Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Pragma Edu Solutions India LLP, we are committed to providing high-quality educational content while maintaining transparency in our refund and cancellation process. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a 50% refund if you cancel your enrollment before the course officially starts.

No refunds will be issued once the course has started or if any course content has been accessed.

2. Definition of Course Start

A course is considered to have started when any of the following occurs:

The first lesson or module is made available to you
You attend a live session
You access any paid course content

3. Cancellation Process

To cancel your enrollment and request a refund (if eligible), please email us with the following details:

Full Name
Registered Email Address
Order ID / Transaction ID

All cancellation requests must be submitted before the course start date.

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

5. Exceptions

No refunds for failure to attend or complete the course
No refunds for technical issues caused by user-side internet problems or device incompatibility
No partial refunds after course access has begun
